This equipment develops wet powder or block shaped dry materials into the required particles, mainly by forcibly passing the wet powder mixture through a sieve under the positive and negative rotation of a rotating drum to produce particles.
Construction:
1. Main body: The body is an independent rectangular cylinder, with a closed bearing seat connected to the powder hopper, and the powder hopper extends towards the body.
2. Particle manufacturing device: The rotating drum is horizontally placed under the powder hopper, with bearing supports at the front and rear. It rotates in a reverse direction through the transmission of gears. The front bearing cover on the end face is movable. When assembling and disassembling, simply unscrew one wing nut, and the bearing cover and rotating drum can be extracted. The two ends of the placing drum are made with convex square rings.
3. Gearbox: Adopting worm gear transmission, the gearbox can store oil, and there is a sight glass on the gearbox to observe the operation and oil storage. The outer end of the worm gear is equipped with an eccentric shaft, which drives the rack to move back and forth.
4. Screen clamp: The device is made of steel pipes on both sides of the rotating drum, with a long groove in the middle. The two ends of the screen are embedded in the groove. The screen is wrapped around the outer circle of the rotating drum by rotating the flower shaped handwheel, which is supported by gears and can be adjusted for tightness.
5. Motor frame: One is securely fastened to the screw, and the motor is mounted on the iron plate. When the screw bolt is rotated, the motor moves up and down to adjust the belt.
Principle:
The swing pellet machine sends a powder mixture with appropriate humidity into the silo. Through the reciprocating swing of the blade wheel and the swinging effect of the rotating drum, the wet powder raw material is ground into particles through a wire sieve and extruded from the sieve to form pellets. The block shaped material is crushed by impact inside the drum and forced to pass through the sieve to form particles.
